Ultra Cars Mol BV buys cars from private individuals and businesses. Through the form on our website you can offer your car without obligation. A submitted form is an offer for review and does not commit you to anything.

After receiving your submission we review the details and photos. We then contact you through your preferred contact method. Any offer is always subject to a physical inspection of the vehicle.

3. Accuracy of data

You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information you provide. Incorrect information may lead to an adjustment or withdrawal of our offer.

4. No obligation to purchase

Submitting the form does not oblige Ultra Cars Mol BV to purchase your vehicle, nor does it oblige you to sell. An agreement is only formed after mutual consent.

6. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Belgian law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent courts of the judicial district in which Ultra Cars Mol BV is established.
